In 1994, Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel Educational and Charitable Trust established Sri V.M like this. Established Sakaria Women’s Arts College. The college started with three main subjects and 19 students, today 921 students are pursuing higher education with six main subjects. Apart from this, Self Finance Commerce College has also been started in the year 2012-13. With the aim of taking the activities of the college to the society at large, we feel happy to publish this third issue of Pratibha to present to you the idea of the notable activities of the college during the year 2014-15 and during the year 2012-13 and 2013-14. In the academic year 2009, our college was awarded ‘B’ grade by Bangalore NAAC team. In line with such distinguished achievements, the academic and cultural heritage of the college continues to be pursued every year, a matter of joy and pride for the college family.
